Matthew Piechnik, NREMT, is a third-year medical student and Ensign in the U.S. Navy with eight years’ experience as and EMT-B in the mid-Atlantic region. He has served as the director of Training at the University of Delaware Emergency Care Unit and conducts ongoing research in EMS and medical education.
