Marshall Washick, MS, NRP, (he), is currently the Continuous Quality Improvement Manager of DC Fire and EMS in Washington, DC, and was formerly a Paramedic with HealthEast Medical Transportation in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Marshall is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Master of Science in Emergency Health Systems.
