Kevin Staley, MPA, CEM, has been with the Mecklenburg EMS Agency (Medic) for 25 years and currently serves in a leadership role as a deputy director. Staley has been a certified paramedic since 1987 and is a certified emergency manager, an executive emergency manager in North Carolina, and served as the lead coordinator for EMS planning during the 2012 Democratic National Convention. Staley also holds a master's degree in public administration and an executive master's certificate in disaster management.
