Kenneth A. Williams, MD, FACEP, FAEMS, is an EMS and emergency physician in Rhode Island. He's medical director for LifePACT, Rhode Island's critical care transport service; medical director for the Rhode Island Department of Health Center for EMS, and chair of the Medical Director's Council of the National Association of State EMS Officials.
