I am the managing editor of the Journal of Emergency Medical Services ( JEMS ) and JEMS.com. She joined Elsevier Public Safety in August 2006 and has a BA in Spanish and English from Indiana University, Bloomington. Prior to joining JEMS, she was a newspaper reporter and editor for a Los Angeles Times -owned newspaper in the Los Angeles area, and a newspaper reporter at the Sullivan Daily TImes in Sullivan, Indiana. She primarily covered public safety, government and business.
