Douglas Randell

Douglas Randell is the Division Chief of EMS at the Plainfield Fire Territory in Plainfield, Indiana. He also is actively serving as the EMS Section Chair of the Indiana Fire Chiefs Association. He successfully landed this job in 2016 after acquiring his bachelor’s degree in business management from Harris-Stowe State University and after working 20 years at the City of St. Louis Fire Department, most of the time spent as an EMS training officer of over 800 paramedics, EMTs, and firefighters.  He has been a Nationally Registered Paramedic since 2009.
