David Abrams is the chief of Charleston County EMS. He graduated from The Citadel with a degree in English and is a licensed attorney. He has managed various types of EMS systems from high-level leadership positions. His focus is improving patient outcomes, bettering the employee’s experience, and innovating through inclusiveness and partnerships.
