Clifton W. Callaway, MD, PhD

Clifton W. Callaway, MD, PhD, is professor, vice-chair, and holder of the Ronald D. Stewart Endowed Chair in Emergency Medicine Research at the University of Pittsburgh. He’s the current chair of the American Heart Association ECC Committee. He’s the Pittsburgh site investigator for the Resuscitations Outcome Consortium and the Neurological Emergencies Treatment Trial network. Clinical activities include a post-resuscitation care team to improve the systematic care of patients who have been resuscitated with CPR.
