Cassie Palmer is the scheduling/communications manager with First Call Ambulance in Nashville and has been with the company for six years. She was previously involved in hospital scheduling. Originally from California, she found her way to Tennessee on a softball scholarship. She enjoys going back home to California to spend time with her family, especially her niece and nephew.
