Bennie C. Collins, BHS, NREMT-P, is the applied technologies chief for Wake County Emergency Medical Services System in Raleigh, N.C. He served 33 years in fire rescue and EMS and worked for 26 years as a field training officer. Currently, he's responsible for all system technology programs, mobile connectivity and computing platforms.
