Amado Alejandro Baez, MD, MSc, MPH, FAAEM, FCCM, is an emergency medicine and critical care expert and principal investigator for the Prehospital Sepsis Project, working in Miami as the medical director for the Miami Dade College EMS program and the emergency medicine program director at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
