Alejandro Garbino, MD, PhD, trained at Baylor College of Medicine and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Ben Taub General Hospital in Houston where he's now an emergency medicine physician in local community hospitals while completing the University of Texas Medical Branch aerospace medicine program in Galveston, Texas. He served on the medical team as the physiologic monitoring lead of the Red Bull Stratos project and was the medical response lead on the StratEx high altitude jump program.
