Dr. Abraham Campos

Dr. Campos is a practicing emergency medicine and EMS physician in Minnesota. He has served as medical director to several EMS agencies including rural, career departments, and critical care transport. He completed his Emergency Medicine training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed an EMS fellowship at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN. He has been involved in multiple research projects and has been published in several academic EMS journals. He also has a passion for innovation, having been involved in the development of multiple medical devices. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Hinckley Medical, a medical device and software company that focuses on EMS solutions for patient care and medication dosing.

Mark McCulloch

Mark McCulloch, Critical Care Paramedic, has accumulated over 25 years of EMS experience working in a diverse range of settings and EMS delivery models. He is currently serving the City of West Des Moines as the Assistant Chief of EMS Operations. He is the former President of the Iowa EMS Association (IEMSA), and currently serves as the IEMSA Legislative Chair. Mark holds an intense interest in measuring quality within the EMS industry; not only from an internal perspective, but also from the customer’s perspective. He received his paramedic training at the University of Iowa, studied Biology at South Dakota State University, Administration at Simpson College, and Public Administration at Drake University.
