Jeff Beeson is an executive physician and innovator with over 30 years of experience specializing in out of hospital healthcare delivery. Dr Beeson started his career as an Emergency Medical Technician then continued his education to become a Paramedic and Registered Nurse focusing on critical care and EMS systems. He returned to the classroom and completed his medical education at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth and his Emergency Medicine Residency at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services. He has served as a Physician Medical Director for municipal and private EMS systems and as a Chief Medical Officer for an academic faculty practice. Jeff serves as a physician medical manager for a FEMA search and rescue team and frequently deploys to disaster sites across the country.

Eric Beck, DO, MPH began his career as a firefighter and paramedic in Ohio. In his 25 years in public safety and healthcare, he has served his communities as the EMS System Medical Director for the city of Chicago, the president of the clinical enterprise at the University of North Texas Health Sciences Center, and the president and CEO of Evolution Health. Most recently, Eric served the University Hospitals Health System in Ohio as president and COO, where he was instrumental in leading the regional COVID-19 response, refreshing system strategy, and maturing the integrated operating model across the 23-hospital health system.
