FDNY Treats Own Firefighter After Building Explosion

Firefighters carry an injured colleague to an ambulance at the scene of a collapsed building on 2nd Avenue and 7th Street in the East Village neighborhood of New York City. Nineteen people were injured–four critically–after a gas explosion sent flames and debris flying as high as 50 feet. At its height, 200 firefighters responded.
