Tennessee Hospital Fire Contributes to Ambulance Delays

WEST MEMPHIS, TN ( – Some Arkansas residents are waiting longer for ambulances, thanks to a fire that damaged part of the Crittenden Regional Hospital in West Memphis. It’s been one week since flames shut down the hospital, and cleanup from the smoke and water damage continues. In the meantime, all patients are being taken to Memphis hospitals. West Memphis fire crews says it’s causing an ambulance shortage that could get worse.
