New Jersey Provider Charged with DWI Resigns

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. — The Hackettstown First Aid and Rescue Squad ambulance driver who was charged with driving while intoxicated last night is “no longer affiliated with the squad,” squad administrator Ron Maialetti said today.

James Rigney Jr., 39, of Hackettstown, who is listed on the squad’s website as assistant foreman, returned his things to the squad sometime in the morning, Maialetti said.
