Florida City Proposes Reducing Ambulance Service

WPTV – Delray Beach would reduce ambulance service at several fire stations if the city accepts a consultant’s cost-cutting recommendations. The city would save more than $300,000 a year if half of its six fire stations shut down ambulance service at night and on weekends, the International City/County Management Association said in its report, released Friday.
