Tennessee Dump Truck Collision Kills Two

WINCHESTER, Tenn. – A collision between a van and dump truck has killed two people and injured two others in southern Tennessee.

Winchester police Chief Dennis Young said the Monday afternoon accident happened at the intersection of state highways 64 and 16.

Two people in the van were killed. A passenger in the van and the truck driver were taken to hospitals. Young said the injuries did not appear to be life threatening.

The victims’ names were not immediately released. Other details were not available.
