Priority One Owners Convicted of Fraud

JASPER, Texas — A couple who owned and operated the company known as Priority One EMS was convicted of health care related fraud after a three-week trial.

Claudette Read and Robert Earl Read, both 44, were found guilty by a jury of one count of conspiracy to commit health care fraud and 20 counts of mail fraud, according to U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas John M. Bales.
