Winter Institute for simulation, education and research (WISER) at the University of Pittsburgh, one of the busiest multidisciplinary simulation centers in the world. He's a practicing emergency physician and former paramedic, and has developed numerous simulation-based programs for emergency medicine and prehospital care.
