Wall, Scaffolding Collapse Injures 17 in Harlem
Two-story wall and scaffolding fell onto a city bus.
HARLEM (WABC) - A wall and scaffolding on a building under construction collapsed in Harlem Tuesday morning, injuring 17 people. The side of the two-story building, which was surrounded by the scaffolding, collapsed at West 125th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue just after 9:30 a.m.
