Vodka Found In Car That Struck NM Ambulance

Thursday, December 23, 2010

KOBQ Albuquerque, NM - KOB has found out what was inside a car that drove the wrong way on I-25 in Santa Fe last week and hit an ambulance head-on.

Search warrants reveal an open bottle of Grey Goose vodka was in the trunk of the car, driven by 26-year-old Kylene Holmes. She died instantly in the crash.

Police are waiting for toxicology results to see if Holmes and her passenger Jennifer Belvin, who survived the crash, were drunk or on drugs.

KOB checked on the condition of the ambulance driver on Tuesday and found she’s still in the hospital in satisfactory condition.
