Worker dangling 120 feet above the ground in Virginia Beach

Fire Rescue TV - Virginia Beach VA Firefighters rescue a worker off a water tower today on Chantry Drive. The worker was handing about 120 feet off the ground. Once firefighters got him safely to the ground, he was checked by a waiting ambulance crew. Video by Fire Rescue TV.
