Two Dead, Two Injured in Staten Island Ambulance Crash
Retired FDNY EMS lieutenant killed
STATEN ISLAND, NY (PIX11) - An ambulance driver and the driver of a car died Monday after their vehicles collided on Staten Island. Four people were involved in the deadly crash, which happened around 7:10 p.m. near Hylan and Seacrest Avenues.
