Officials are questioning if Medic 4 contributed to the Davis' now critical condition

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn (WDEF) -- Not only is there an investigation into how a man got tangled up in a rope at Greenway Farms and hung upside down for two days, but now officials are also looking at the workers who transported 57-year-old melvin davis. The EMT and paramedic involved are now on unpaid administrative leave.
