Volunteers need to help with serving isolated towns

BANNOCK COUNTY, Idaho (KPVI) - Providing emergency services can be a challenge in rural states like Idaho. In Bannock County, they rely on volunteers to help save time and reach some of the more isolated towns in its southern half. Phil Campbell tells us why this program is so important and how you might be able to help out.
