Volunteers need to help with serving isolated towns

BANNOCK COUNTY, Idaho (KPVI) - Providing emergency services can be a challenge in rural states like Idaho. In Bannock County, they rely on volunteers to help save time and reach some of the more isolated towns in its southern half.
