Strange Noise Grounds Rescue Copter in Fla.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. (WAWS-Syndi) -- TraumaOne was en route to rescue a victim after a car crash when the pilot had to make an emergency landing. The air intake took in some debris, causing the copter to not operate properly.
