Interim Fire Chief orders new rescue policy
ALAMEDA, Calif. (KGO) - Alameda fire and police officials have announced a dramatic policy change after the slow drowning death of a man, right in front of emergency responders. It happened at Crown Beach Sunday. Witnesses say firefighters and police officers stood watching for an hour, doing nothing.
