Police Arrest Ambulance Theft Suspect Following Prolonged Stand-off
NORRISTOWN, Pa. (The Times Herald) -- Police arrest a suspect on the 300 block of East Penn street following a standoff of more than six hours. The suspect was wanted in connection with Wedndesday's ambulance theft.
