NYC 'Crash Tax' Public Hearing

WNYW Fox5 New York, NY - The Bloomberg administration's plan to charge a fee to motorists involved in accidents requiring emergency services will be the subject of a public hearing in Brooklyn on Friday. The controversial 'crash tax' could raise $1 million for the Fire Department of New York, according to Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
