NY Lawmakers Seek Review of Excessive Calls

TROY, N.Y. (AP) - The Rensselaer County Legislature wants state officials to investigate the prevalence of Medicaid patients who routinely call an ambulance to take them to the emergency room for minor ailments such as rashes and intoxication.
