New Video of Philly Duck Boat Crash Provides New Clues
Almost 40 people were on the duck boat, which became stranded after the captain shut the engine down thinking there was a fire
PHILADELPHIA -- New video of the horrifying duck boat crash on the Delaware River from a couple years ago shows the the crash that killed two European students visiting the United States.
Attorneys for their families say this video also provides new clues as to who was at fault as the case goes back to court.
