Lawrence Announces Drastic Cuts to Stay in Black

LAWRENCE, Ind. (WTHR) -- Leaders in Lawrence have announced the city can no longer afford 24 paramedics. The city said the cuts to paramedics will mean the city can start the new year in the black.
