Lack of Agreement Ends Mutual Aid to Rhode Island Capital
Johnston cuts off aid to Providence
PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island (WPRI) - No agreement has been reached between Johnston and Providence when it comes to sending mutual aid, so Johnston says they will be cutting off the capital city.
