Letter about death of five-month old girl sent to city council

Tuesday, September 3, 2013

WASHINGTON, DC (WTTG) - A paramedic who recently tried to save the life of a five month old girl has written a letter to the D.C. City Council warning of a "dire situation".

The two page letter describes in detail what happened last Thursday when less than half the assigned paramedics were on the job and a baby went into cardiac arrest.

The author of the letter says the city is in "danger" and he wants the council to know.
