California Departments Hold Active Shooter Drill

San Leandro Policed and other departments train in local high school for shooter response

Posted by sanleandronews on YouTube - The San Leandro Police Department conducted an "Active Shooter Response" training at San Leandro High School on August 10. The exercise included law enforcement, fire and paramedic responses to a simulated active shooter situation at SLHS using volunteer "victims" in a realistic scenario. Paramedics Plus, Alameda County Fire Department and the San Leandro Unified School District all had staff participating in this realistic hands on training exercise.
