Brownouts May Have Contributed to Toddler Death

KGTV - Cutbacks in the city's emergency-services staffing may have played a role in the death of a toddler who choked on a gumball at his Mira Mesa home, Fire Chief Javier Mainar acknowledged Wednesday.
