Boston First Responders Scrambled to Treat Wounded

Hundreds of EMTs and police immediately began treating the injured.

Eyewitnesses say it was a horrific scene at the Boston Marathon finish line. Medical tents set up for the race were turned into emergency rooms. EMTs, police, and even doctors and nurses, immediately began treating injuries and saving lives.
