NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Two people are dead and at least 10 people are missing after a massive explosion rocked East Harlem, leveling two buildings and sending smoke and flames billowing into the air. At least 36 others were also injured in the blast, which happened around 9:15 a.m. Wednesday on Park Avenue at 116th Street, sources said.
