Tactical EMS Saved Lives after Giffords Shooting Gallery
The officers who responded behind the tape during the Jan. 8, 2011, shooting during the Congress On Your Corner event outside a Tucson-area Safeway were able to provide life-saving care to patients while the scene was unsafe for EMS.
