Emergency Cardiac Care Update Conference gathers many from over 20 countries

The Emergency Cardiac Care Update (ECCU) Conference began at the Paris Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas on Tuesday with attendees coming from 22 countries. Dr. Guy Knickerbacher, one of the three individuals responsible for developing the CPR procedures, was on hand for the conference opening and received a standing ovation from not just the ECCU attendess, but also two dozen cardiac arrest survivors on hand for the conference and a special Survivors' banquet which will be held Wednesday evening.
