Universal Ambulance goes into receivership six weeks before Christmas

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (TurnTo10) - The sun has set on Universal Ambulance, after higher insurance premiums, lower medicaid pay outs and other cuts have put the company in receivership and its 95 employees out of work.
