Administrators from all over met Aug. 6–8 at the Pinnacle EMS Executive Management Forum in St. Petersburg Beach, Fla., where they shared expertise and learned from each other. The second annual event, one-day seminars on deployment and improving employee performance preceded a two-day main forum that focused on systems and operations.
