Kenneth Navarro, M.Ed

Kenneth Navarro, M.Ed Kenneth Navarro, M.Ed, is an assistant professor in the emergency medicine education department at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. He coordinates all continuing education activities and assists in medical oversight for the BioTel system, a multi-jurisdictional EMS system composed of 14 fire-rescue agencies and more than 1,600 paramedics.
