Rob Lawrence is the Chief Operating Officer of the Richmond Ambulance Authority (RAA) in Richmond Virginia. He came to the USA three years ago expressly to work with RAA. Prior to that, Rob was the Chief Operating Officer for the English County of Suffolk as part of the East of England Ambulance Service.
