Friday, August 19, 2011

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) -- A woman has filed a lawsuit against Hamilton County Emergency Services. Melody Wallace says she was molested during her ambulance run. The suit alleges that a paramedic pulled back her clothing, fondled her and took pictures. The county has since fired the paramedic, 41-year old Michael Johnston. Wallace immediately filed a criminal complaint against him after the ride. That case goes to court next month. The lawsuit asks for almost $3 million in compensation.
