WHBQ FOX13 Memphis - Last month, Tennessee lawmakers were looking for ways to "shrink" the growing obesity epidemic and now in Shelby County, there’s a sign that the problem is not getting better. The city of Bartlett is retrofitting one of its ambulances to accommodate obese patients.
