NYPD Aviation and SCUBA rescue 5 adults and 1 child
NEW YORK (NYPD) — NYPD Helicopter 23 was deployed for rooftop rescues on Staten Island Tuesday, October 30, 2012. Aviation and SCUBA members rescued five adults and one child (see approx 8:15) who were trapped in their houses due to rising waters.
