Citizens learn the closest paramedic may not be responding

LYCOMING COUNTY, Pa. (WNEP) - When it comes to saving a life, do you know how long it takes for your emergency crews to respond? In Lycoming County, some public officials are concerned that some areas are not using the closest paramedic units.
